Terms & Service Policies

Clear expectations protect good work.

These summaries explain our general working principles. Every signed agreement or statement of work governs the engagement.

01

Work begins only after a signed agreement or approved scope and required initial payment.

02

Inquiries and proposals do not reserve dates unless expressly stated.

03

Requested and estimated dates are planning targets. No project has a guaranteed completion date or fixed maximum production period unless an executed agreement expressly states otherwise.

04

Client delays, missing materials, required decisions, revisions, access problems, scope changes, and third-party dependencies may pause or extend production.

05

Additional work requires written approval and may require a change order.

06

Final approved deliverables are released after full payment, subject to the agreement.

07

For website engagements, clients should own or control their primary domain and hosting or platform accounts and remain responsible for related third-party charges unless the scope states otherwise.

08

TITE retains reusable systems, methods, templates, processes, preliminary concepts, working files, and general know-how.

09

Editable files, source files, source code, or account transfer are not included unless listed.

10

TITE does not guarantee funding, sales, attendance, reach, permits, approvals, media coverage, volunteer turnout, website traffic, search ranking, platform availability, leads, conversions, or other third-party outcomes.

11

Clients are responsible for rights and permissions for materials they supply.

12

Refund, cancellation, rescheduling, confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and disputes are governed by the signed agreement.
